Big hit to the number - 15.62
Another one of those sessions. Just couldn't seem to get anything right, getting out-flopped, drawn out, out-boarded, etc. Took a look over my hands and I didn't see anything super drastically wrong. I could have chosen not to pursue a top and bottom on the flop but I was basically pot committed. I'm now backed down to about the 1/4 milestone. Disappointing.

Bummer I was hoping you would hit zero. I am getting closer, down to under minus $200 about the equivalent of you being at -$2.00 as we are at roughly 100x stakes.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I played brilliantly but I was hit hard by the deck, put my money in with bottom 2 and nut flush draw against top set and drew out. Drew out against AAxx as well.
Seem to still be doing OK in $5/$10 limit 08.
Glad to hear from a fellow cyberspacer. I have definitely had the same issues, chased bonuses way too hard. At one point I was the 3rd most active player on Cake for the day as I was 4 and 5 tabling and trying to keep up with the hold'em folks. Trouble is it was not EV profitable. Race money did not even come close to covering the losses. Now I am trying to remain more disciplined about only firing up as many tables as I can keep track of.
I guess Supernova Elite is not in my future.
